How does remote bookkeeping work?

We'll connect your bank and credit card accounts securely through QuickBooks Online, so I can access what I need without you having to send files back and forth. Communication happens by phone, text, or email — whatever's easiest for you.

How is my financial data protected?

All financial data is handled directly within QuickBooks Online, which uses bank-level (256-bit) encryption and secure, read-only bank connections — meaning I can view what's needed without ever having the ability to move money. Your information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties.

What software do you use?

QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, and QuickBooks Online Payroll (or your existing payroll app, synced into QuickBooks) for payroll.

How often will we communicate?

That depends on what you need — some clients prefer a quick monthly check-in, others like more regular updates. We'll figure out a rhythm that works for you.

Do you offer tax preparation?

Not currently — I focus on bookkeeping and payroll, so your books are clean and accurate whenever you (or your CPA) are ready to file.

What size or type of business do you work with?

How is pricing determined?
